Who you are

'-Degree in economics, engineering or marketing;

- Excellent analytical capabilities and strong attention to details and accuracy;

- Proficient in Office Suite (Excel and Power Point), Power BI and other data visualization tools;

- Curious and flexible with the ability to connect data with a systemic approach.

- Interest in the retail world understanding market trends, competition, analyzing customers and consumers;

- Ability to communicate at a senior level;

- Passionate and curious team member

- High knowledge of English (written / spoken);

What you'll be doing day to day

There's a big difference between doing things right and doing the right things.

In our team we gather insights from big data to make sure IKEA does the right things.

We're a diverse group of people who spend our days digging into consumer behaviour and how people live their lives at home.

You could say that we know the trends before they're actually trends - and we use that knowledge to create a better everyday life for our customers

You will be involved by your Tutor in the following activities:

- Using different analytical tools, create recommendations for managers and other key stakeholders based on consumer and customer information;

- Support the Team in adaptation, implementation and work with global tools, methodologies and solutions, and contribute to creation of new where necessary;

- You will collaborate with all departments of the company, creating and sharing insightful reports about market trends, consumers, customers and business needs;

- Working with mixed-methodology research proposals that get to the point of business needs and ultimately lead to insights that can inspire strategies and creativity;

- Collaborate globally to extrapolate best practices from other countries and deliver them in the local market.
