Position Summary
Support the Internal Communications team in the development of plans, internal communication campaigns, materials and tools for internal projects that help to inform, engage and motivate employees about company vision and goals.
A day in the life of an Internal Communication intern
- Supports the Development of clear guidelines and ways of working to guarantee efficient, effective and engaging communication at the market level;
- Supports the deployment of strategic projects in order to drive employee engagement in company initiatives;
- Ensures internal communications messages are clear and consistent across all channels;
- Supports the team in partnering with different functions at local and international level such as IT, HR etc;
- Takes care of the intranet updates to be sure its content is clear, engaging and relevant for colleagues;
- Works on different communication channels (e. g. internal social media, newsletters, monitors, etc. ), supports the organizations of town halls meetings (on-site and virtually) and supports the activation of employees communities;
- Supports in measuring the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns.

- Strong language and writing skills;
- Ability to create a good collaboration with internal stakeholders;
- Advanced in English and Italian;
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of main IT programs (e. g. Office 365) and curious about new digital communication and collaboration tools;
