- In Insights Division we are looking for an internship student profile for to be based in Milano.
**Tasks and functions
The student, under the supervision of the tutor, will collaborate/support in:
Learn and practice the Shopper/Commerce approach to insight and market research, focusing of shopper journeys, eCommerce topics, channels and touch point research, path to purchase studies.
- Integrate different sources of data, including quantitative and secondary data
- Analyze findings and writing reports
- Moderate focus groups, individual interviews, online communities
- Support on set up and facilitate workshops
- Develop discussion guides and draw up desk research
- Work closely and build collaborative relationships within the team and all the players involved in the project management
- Collaborate with other team members where needed and know where to find reference material and support
- Show curiosity and interest to ensure continued understanding of Client's business, priorities, and objectives
- Develop a keen understanding of client business strategy and how Kantar/our tools can contribute
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate student in Psychology, Anthropology, Politics, Economics, Marketing, Marketing Research, Advertising, Mathematics, Statistics or similar with good knowledge of MsOffice (Excel and Powerpoint mainly).
It is essential to be able to formalize an agreement with a university, business school or business school.
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail/accuracy
- Insight generation skills
- Proficiency (written and spoken) in English and Italian
- Interest in marketing and brands
- Knowledge of Office Suite
- Positive, flexible and proactive attitude, open to create, explore new topics and approaches, desire to learn and progress
- Team player skills
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Market Research project process and Market Research Industry
