Position Snapshot Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science and Technology) or chemical laboratory technicianA previous experience in the laboratory (food industry will be a plus)Fluent in Italian and EnglishA Day in the life of a Chemistry Laboratory Analyst Chemical and physical analysis of food products, water, raw materials (from sample preparation to reading and interpretation of results);Preparation of solutions and management of laboratory materials;Use of benchtop equipment (pH-meter, fluorometer, titrations, NIR, and others);Sampling of raw materials and process intermediates;Perform biochemical methods (ELISA);Management of the Internal Control Plan (ICP), monitoring of laboratory instruments, documentation management;Verification and validation of chemical methods;Application of Good Laboratory Practices. What will make you successful Good knowledge of general and food Chemistry;Strong orientation towards achieving results through critical analysis of data;Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);Proactivity, curiosity, and teamwork skills.
