**Position Summary
You will support the team to analyse market and monitor brand performance, to develop and implement communication campaigns and consumer activities and to manage budget spending.
**A day in the life of. . .
- Brand performance Market analysis with identification of key trends and relevant performances in order to deeply understand Market dynamic;
- Project management including POS materials, digital communication and consumer contests development and implementation;
- Website management in cooperation with ad hoc Digital team
- Internal meeting preparation and presentation;
- Management (semi-autonomous) of Marketing expenses.
- Work in team with others function of the business to monitor brand performance and generate new opportunities of activation
- Sell in analysis to monitor brand performance Sell in / sell out analysis to monitor brand performance
- Activities addressed at alignment with European team
- Contact with agencies and suppliers
- Creation of Local Campaigns and localization of Global Campaigns (digital and OOH)
**What will make you successful
- Undergraduates or graduates in marketing or economics;
- Analytical mindset and good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Digital skills;
- Passionate about marketing and pets;
- Result Focus with auto-organization skills;
- Curiosity and proactivity;
- Team player;
- Fluent in English& Italian.
