STAGE ORDER MANAGEMENT An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the Logistics & Order Management Team at Haier Europe.

Main activities Work in Global Service Department, supporting Logistics & Order Management Team in order to ensure the smooth and effective processing of orders of a Key international customer. Support the team to process delivery of orders, checking product availability and order details, booking deliveries and resolving any customer queries to ensure that customer orders are shipped on time.

Main activities:

- Daily processing of all orders received and Checking of order details

- Verify that customer orders are not blocked and in case of contact the different departments to unblock the orders

- Work with planning team to ensure customer orders can be fulfilled on time and in full and in case of back orders and give feedback about possible availability date

- Mange Booking of deliveries with customers Who we are looking for - Bachelors Degree in Economics or Foreign Language - Analytical approach and proactive mindset

- Fluent English speakers
