About this role**:

Based in our Milan office, you will be part of the Strategy & Program Management team and play a key role in supporting our strategy and planning activities.

This is a unique opportunity to learn how to manage cross-functional projects end-to-end in a leading tech company.

You'll gain hands-on experience in identifying and solving problems that impact our users, creating reports, and presenting results to senior stakeholders.

**Location**: Milan

**Reporting to**: Senior Project and Program Manager

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Support the Strategy & Program Management team in planning and executing cross-functional projects to improve our end-user experience.

- Map and analyze issues affecting our users and provide actionable insights.

- Monitor and evaluate competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and customer journey strategies.

- Prepare reports and deliver impactful presentations for senior stakeholders.

**What will you bring to the table?

**:

- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Collaborative mindset and the ability to interact with various teams and senior stakeholders.

- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with data analysis tools and basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus.

**This can be a curricular or extracurricular stage, that cover the cost of 600 euro per month + 7 euro of ticket restaurant per day.

Length of the stage is of 6 months (some flexibility).
