Cheil Italy**, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a **Junior Project Manager** to join our PM Team.

Reporting to the Process Manager, the new resource will play a key role in the management of projects involving all the different Business Units of the Agency.

**Main roles and responsibilities**:

- Issuing of vendors purchase orders in the internal management system

- Monthly preparation of final balances based on the investments communicated by the media team.

- Checking compliance with the budgets and media channels provided by the Client.

- Ensure the correct communication flow between the Business involved and team Finance to ensure correct billing and collection timing.

- Support on administrative activities

- Creating, compiling and providing reports

- Data Entry activities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree

- Good knowledge of the Office Suite (especially Excel);

- Precision, attention to detail

- Collaborative / teamwork attitude

- Organizational and relational skills

- Good in English
