What We're Looking For

We offer a seasonal opportunity from April to October as a Sales Assistant in one of the most exclusive locations in Taormina, where the beauty of Sicily meets the timeless elegance of Italian luxury.

Responsibilities: Support the sales team in all daily activities.

Greet and assist customers with attention and professionalism.

Handle client correspondence, responding promptly to inquiries and special requests.

Analyze customer needs to provide personalized product recommendations.

Manage returns, exchanges, and service issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Stay up-to-date with trends and high-end products to be always in tune with the fashion world.

Help maintain an impeccable store environment.

Actively collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Assist in visual merchandising and store displays.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail or luxury sectors.

Previous sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.

Excellent customer service skills with a strong problem-solving ability.

B2-level English required (additional languages will be considered a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for fashion and luxury, with a keen eye for emerging trends.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
