Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise sales activities in order to meet sales targetParticipate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of sales staffAddress issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaintsOversee the stocking and inventory of goods to ensure timely supply of orderMaintain an updated knowledge of company's goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizingCollaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targetsPerform administrative tasks, filing, and inventoryMaintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer baseAssist sales managers in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetingsAssist and monitor the performance of sales staff to spot work areas that require improvementRecommend and implement training programs for sales reps and team to improve their work efficiencyDress up professionally according to company's requirementsDisplay and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchaseEnsure adherence to the work policies, ethics, and regulations of a firm. Produce weekly sales overview to be distributed internallyProduce PowerPoint presentationsAttend client meetings abroad and within the Italian territoryRequired Skills and QualificationsGreat communication skillsOptimal problem-solving attitudePerfect knowledge of Excel – Pivot tables and VLOOKUP are mandatoryGood experience with PowerPointAny knowledge in programming would be a plusAny past experience with Salesforce would be a plusFluent/native English speaker (Mandatory)Fluent/native Italian speaker (Mandatory)EU Driving license BAvailable to travel up to 30% of total working hoursThe position is fully office-based in Milan.
