WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Valentino is looking for a Store Planning Assistant Intern reporting directly to the WW Store Planning Director and based in Milan.

The resource will be included in the Store Planning & Facility Department and will support the team in the following activities:

Manage the agenda of the Store Planning Director and team

Manage travelling and accommodation arrangements of the Store Planning Director and the team

Support in back-office activities

Reception of guests

Booking of conference rooms

Manage orders with magazines

Profilo

**Requirements**:

Proficiency of Microsoft package (excel, word, powerpoint)

Fluent English

Problem-solving skills

High level of adaptability

Organizational and time management skills
