We are looking for candidates with knowledge and expertise in Data Analytics who are eager to develop skills in Systems & Reporting and the development of indicators and KPIs for HR processes. The selected candidate will support the company tutor in the following activities:Managing institutional and management reporting activitiesHandling labor cost analysis for the GroupData collection & analysis to support the development of indicators and KPIs for HR processesSupporting consolidation and analysis of key factors driving management variationsAssisting in the analysis and interpretation of complex datasets, also using statistical techniquesMaintaining databases and data systemsRequired Skills & Experience:Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics or MathematicsExcellent knowledge of Windows and the Office package, particularly Excel/AccessPreferred knowledge of Data Science, Data Analysis software, and Power BIGood command of written and spoken English (B2) #J-18808-Ljbffr
