We are looking for candidates with knowledge and expertise in Data Analytics who are eager to develop skills in Systems & Reporting and the development of indicators and KPIs for HR processes.

The selected candidate will support the company tutor in the following activities: Managing institutional and management reporting activities Handling labor cost analysis for the Group Data collection & analysis to support the development of indicators and KPIs for HR processes Supporting consolidation and analysis of key factors driving management variations Assisting in the analysis and interpretation of complex datasets, also using statistical techniques Maintaining databases and data systems Required Skills & Experience: Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics Excellent knowledge of Windows and the Office package, particularly Excel/Access Preferred knowledge of Data Science, Data Analysis software, and Power BI Good command of written and spoken English (B2) #J-18808-Ljbffr
