**Position**:

Global Leader in design, manufacture and distribution in Eyewear Industry, is currently looking:

**STANDARDIZATION PROJECT MANAGER - PROCESS ENGINEERING

He/she will have to connect to other teams and suppliers involved in whole Operations and Product Team.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Work on the analytical definition of Process Standardization inside the Company

- Define the technical roadmap for the Process Standardization across the whole Company

- Actively work on the execution of the Standardization initiative on first, more significative processes

- Support the Technological Transfer of processes and specific product across Plants

- Support the Governance activities for the Global Process Engineering team

- Lead the weekly syncs with all the geographies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical

- At least 7-10 years of experience in similar role and activities within structured multinational companies

- Solid experience with complex Project Management

- Solid experience with Process Standardization initiatives

- Solid knowledge of common industrial processes and flows

- Solid knowledge of MS Office suite

- Fluent English

- Strong problem solving skills

Location**:Veneto (Belluno area), with some business trips.
