Main Responsibilities

As Statistical Business Analyst - SPSS, MAGELLAN (026228, EU Commission) you will be responsible for:

- Set up of the protocols for EBM based on JRC and external publications.

Management, traceability and data analysis of the exercise.

- To generate a list of ARG genes, to be implemented, as indicator for the AMR in the EU monitoring program, the expert has to collect data and information from JRC and external publications as well from database sources e. g.

European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC); World Health Organisation (WHO); European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

**Your skills**:

To perform the tasks described above we request a Business Analyst level profile with

the following expertise:

- In depth knowledge of the SPSS software environment and programming language for statistical analysis.

- Experience with the followings software: MAGELLAN v. 7. 1, SDS2. 4, i. control 1. 10, CellQuest, FlowJo, Revelation Quicklink, RQ manager 1. 2. 1

- max.

5 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree

Furthermore, the capability of working in an international/multicultural environment, and the ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings is requested.
