Finance Manager (m/w/d)VORN Bioenergy is a leading biomethane producer and project developer with over 40 completed biogas projects in Germany and other countries, including the first biomethane plant in Europe in 2006.

We have successfully developed, built, managed, and optimized biomethane plants in six European markets, with a project portfolio of more than 130 MW and an additional development pipeline of over 90 MW.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are looking for a Finance Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in Bolzano:

Your ResponsibilitiesPoint of contact for all commercial matters within the company and all Italian project companies regarding accounting and controlling. Point of contact for external financiers, tax advisors, and auditors. Preparation of annual budget planning and rolling cost and liquidity planning for VORN Bioenergy Italia and the project companies. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for VORN Bioenergy Italia and the project companies (IFRS). Monitoring compliance with internal corporate guidelines (e. g. , payment guidelines, credit guidelines, invoice verification) and IFRS standards. Support in group consolidation by ensuring the correct representation of intercompany transactions. Participation in the establishment and further development of transfer pricing documentation. Ensuring the correct booking of all commercial transactions (Italy holding and project companies) in close coordination with the tax office and local accounting. Your ProfileCompleted degree in economics or a comparable qualification. At least 10 years of professional experience in a comparable position. Very good communication skills in German, Italian, and English (spoken and written). Independent and structured working style. Proficient in common MS Office programs.
