Stem It - Lab Supervisor
The Lab Manager will be responsible for the following activities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a laboratory that tests and analyses the quality of the organization's in process products, and finished products.
- Develop, implement, and monitor laboratory operating procedures to ensure that experiments and analyses are conducted within established budgets and according to established scientific standards.
- Prioritize and allocate laboratory operations and workflow so that the laboratory's equipment and resources are used efficiently and work schedules and targets are met.
- Liaise with other functional and operational area managers (for example in R&D, production or engineering) to understand their current and future product testing needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into laboratory operations.
- Establish annual laboratory budgets; monitor the cost and effectiveness of laboratory activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve volume and quality performance targets.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the laboratory's performance.
- Performe root cause analysis together with Quality, R&D, Process Department in order to analysis failures in test.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of professional and para-professional staff to ensure that laboratory procedures are conducted accurately, on time, within established budgets, and according to established scientific standards.
- Act as technical leader during the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) with the customer (in presence or via teams).
- Be the safety leader for all the activities carried out in the Laboratory.

- Electrical Engineering degree
- Fluent in english
Minimum Experience:
- 3 years in role in an electrical lab
- Previous experience in similar industry
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Ability to work in a interfunctional team
- Ability to manage customers
- Preferred requirement: CAD experience
