Responsibilities Operate production machines in the Injectable Department outside the sterile area, strictly following Batch Record and SOP guidelines. Perform detailed cleaning of production machines in the Injectable Department outside the sterile area after production activities, ensuring flawless maintenance as per Batch Record and SOP instructions. Accurately complete Batch Records and department documentation for all tasks performed. Load filling lines outside the sterile area, ensuring material compliance with Batch Record specifications. Operate production machines in the sterile area, adhering strictly to Batch Record and SOP guidelines. Conduct integrity tests on filters after production activities, as per Batch Record and SOP instructions. Clean production machines in the sterile area post-production, maintaining high standards as per Batch Record and SOP guidelines. Load and unload lyophilizers during production activities, ensuring compliance with SOP guidelines. Clean lyophilizer chambers according to SOP guidelines. Perform cleaning of the sterile area after production activities, maintaining strict adherence to SOP guidelines. Conduct daily checks to ensure constant availability of materials for sterile area management. Maintain equipment, materials, and the work environment, promptly reporting any anomalies to supervisors. Handle activities related to chemical and microbiological sampling, meticulously recording as per SOP guidelines. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role within the field of information technology. Strong attention to detail and ability to successfully implement SOP guidelines. Outstanding collaboration and communication skills. Ability to compete in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Dedication to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
