Job Description

Join our team as the Stewarding Supervisor and become one of the authors of our story. In this role, you would be responsible for supervising utility stewards, dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.  

Supervise, support and monitor utility stewards, dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for restaurant serviceSupervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundingsMaintain and deliver proper inventory for food and beverage departmentsEnsure all food and equipment are delivered on time to all functions as specifiedSchedule, assign daily work, inform and train team membersMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performanceOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

One to three years of experience in similar positionProfessional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced teamAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needsExperience at a luxury hospitality property preferred
