JOB PURPOSEYou support the Stock Manager in all responsibilities related to warehouse management and in providing services to the Store.

You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI's, guidelines, and company procedures for the care of the product. RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines. Manage goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing efficiency. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines. Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levels are met. Manage the flow of damaged products and non-sellable items (On Hold, Consignment, etc.

). Organize Packaging and Stationery physically and in IT systems. Organize the Display objects system. Participate in managing Uniforms flow. Participate in managing Gifts flow. Ensure correct protection and packaging of products both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, especially regarding communication and documentation. Support prompt investigation in the event of system negatives. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system. Participate in organizing and executing Physical and Cycle Inventories of finished products and accessory locations (packaging/stationery and Engineering materials) respecting company timelines. Support warehouse activities related to sales. Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager). Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed. Maintain contacts and relationships with providers. Keep updates and organize the archive on a monthly basis. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSLeadership, organized and detail-oriented. Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in the Retail channel.
