JOB PURPOSE You support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to warehouse management and in providing services to the Store.

You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPI's, guidelines, and company procedures for the care of the product.

RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines. Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures and criteria, preparing products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas while optimizing timing efficiency. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines. Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levels. Prepare the flow of damaged products, non-sellable products (On Hold, Consignment), and products under repair. Organize the Packaging and Stationery physically and on IT systems. Organize the Display objects system. Participate in the correct management of Uniforms flow. Participate in the correct management of Gifts flow. Ensure correct protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, especially in terms of communication and documentation produced. Support prompt investigation in the event of system negatives. Manage the flow of the product and related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system. Participate in the organization and execution of Physical and Cycle Inventories of finished products and accessory locations (packaging/stationery and Engineering materials) respecting company timing. Support warehouse activities related to sales. Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse. Support the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing all available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations Manager). Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed. Maintain contacts and relationships with providers used. Keep updates and organize the archive on a monthly basis. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Leadership, organized, and detail-oriented.

Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in the Retail channel.

Good integrity, organized, with a strong sense of responsibility.
