Job Title: Stock Associate

Reporting Line: Hierarchical, Store Operation Manager/ Store Director / Assistant Store Director & Functional, Country Operation Manager

Department Description:

Directly reporting to the Store Operation Manager or Store Director, the Stock Associate effectively supports the smooth running of the day-to-day stock operations of the store, with the objective of facilitating sales, delivering exceptional service to customers, and implementing business-driving initiatives.

He/she supports client experience by assisting Managers and S. A on the sales floor as needed.

Responsabilità del lavoro: Stock Management & Logistics Open and check the content of deliveries, prepare transfers and rebalancing, ensure stockroom maintenance & restocking, execute price changes, and contribute to prepare and conduct cycle counts. As needed, support for client experience, including running product to the sales floor (in some stores). Have knowledge and show respect for key policies and processes. Have knowledge and show exemplary use of all back-office tools. Profilo: Profile Required: Understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer priorities. Proactivity and flexibility. Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively. Organized, methodical, and rigorous. English proficiency.
