Your role We are looking for an Internship of Assistant Project Manager who will support project management in planning and design for the realization of Shop in Shop Corners in Optical Partners Stores across the EMEA region.

This role requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main responsibilities: Collaborate with planning, design, and R&D of Shop in Shop installations for brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, and others, overseeing the realization of single projects.

Collaborate with teams of designers, R&D, consultants, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and create schedules and timelines.

Help coordinate with local consultants and contractors from the corporate vendor list.

Manage relations with local teams, authorities, malls, airports, and outlet centers.

Prepare reports, specifications, and technical analyses to define design requirements and project needs.

Estimate project costs and manage budgets based on benchmark prices.

Support quality assurance through off-site factory checks and on-site visits.

Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report updates to stakeholders.

Implement and manage process changes when necessary and evaluate and assess project outcomes.

Main requirements: Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Excellent teamwork and organizational capabilities.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Basic knowledge of construction site organizational skills and ability to report clearly.

Educational background in Engineering or Architecture (Master Degree or equivalent).

Fluency in English (mandatory), French preferred, and additional languages are a plus.
