The _Store Design Associate Project Manager_ will be responsible for developing store design projects.

She/He will work close to Retail, Operations and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure the respect and implementation of evolving company's guidelines.

The Store Design Associate Project Manager will support Regional construction teams to ensure the excellent execution of store design projects during the construction phase.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and review preliminary design sets;

- Develop and review final design sets;

- Manage the submission of full design sets to Regional construction teams;

- Review millworker construction sets developed by Regional construction teams;

- Review architectural construction sets developed by Regional construction teams;

- Monitor store construction phase through analysis of site construction reports;

- Monitor store construction phase through possible travels on construction sites;

- Manage material samples scouting and storage;

- Manage construction manuals evolution.

**Profile**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the role or in Architectural/Design offices;

- Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design ;

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch Up.

3DS max is a plus;

- Good Hand Drawing skills;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;

- Excellent team working skills;

- Excellent verbal and written in Italian and English;

- Proactivity and flexibility, driving sense of urgency;

- Critical thinking and problem-solving attitude;

- Decision making and ability to set priorities;

- Continuous improvement mindset.
