Store Design Manager Data: 25 ott 2024 Luogo: F205 MILANO, IT Società: Carrefour We are looking for our Store Design Manager, reporting to Technical Manager in the real-estate department of Carrefour Italy.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

Architect graduate (no registration with a Professional Order required) Excellent knowledge of the Autocad program.

Previous experience in the field of building design (GDO appreciated) Excellent capacity to manage projects in complex organization Good knowledge of MS Office as well as Google Suite Good knowledge of English, French appreciated WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Store Design Manager, you will be in charge of producing the design and technical plans for stores remodelings and new openings.

You will work very closely with concept teams, sales, and technical teams: your objective is to combine the requests and constraints of these departments.

You will have the chance to work on all types of Carrefour assets: hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenient stores as well as warehouses and stores in shopping malls (for Carrefour Property Italy and for Carmila Italy).

You will manage one designer internally, several external studios, and you will be in charge of the management of your budget.
