Store Director
The Role:We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Director to lead our luxury fashion store and provide exceptional leadership and expertise in driving store performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end retail management, with a keen understanding of luxury customer service, brand integrity, and the latest fashion trends. Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management:Lead and inspire a team of client advisors and other store personnel to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that aligns with the brand's values and standards. Provide continuous coaching and development to enhance the team's product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques. Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and engaging work environment where employees feel motivated to deliver their best performance. Sales & Performance Management:Drive the store's sales performance by implementing effective strategies and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop tailored plans to improve sales, customer loyalty, and profitability. Customer Service Excellence:Ensure an unparalleled luxury shopping experience by maintaining the highest level of customer service standards. Build lasting relationships with high-profile clients, offering personalized styling advice and exclusive services. Handle customer concerns, complaints, and feedback with tact and professionalism, ensuring a resolution that upholds the brand's reputation. Implement clienteling initiatives to increase repeat business and strengthen customer loyalty. Who you are:Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Director, or similar leadership role in a luxury fashion or high-end retail environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team in a fast-paced, luxury retail setting. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make strategic, data-driven decisions. Exceptional clienteling skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients. Experience with visual merchandising and creating a luxury in-store experience. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
