Store Hr Business Partner
What you'll need to have
- Legal or HR Degree/Master is nice to have
- Proven experience working in HR area is essential (at least 2 years)
- knowledges and ability in managing labour relations
- Interest and passion for Retail
- Being passionate about people and having a strong belief in individuals' potential
- Reflecting what IKEA stands for and the IKEA values
- Passion to create a people oriented working environment
- Ability to accomplishes goals, completes tasks, and achieve results
- Ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team-player
- Expresses ideas and opinions effectively in verbal and written communication
- Interacts and engages naturally with both managers and non-managers
- Good knowledge of people planning area, staff costs and worked hours reports
- Good level of English and Italian language
- Full National Mobility
What you'll be doing day to day
- Execute all operational People tasks at unit level to deliver an excellent co-worker experience
- Support the building of local business competence & performance working on relevant People goals
- Ensure recruitment and on-boarding of the right talents with the right contracts
- Ensure and execute delivery of learning & training at unit level
- Securing engagement and retention by understanding the conditions of our co-workers
- Implement Health and Wellbeing initiatives at unit level
- Support staff costs control
- Ensure local employer communication is consistent, well perceived and builds on the IKEA brand
- Support the implementation of a co-worker relations plan that effectively manages all local interactions with co-workers and ensures that all areas in the unit work with the labour relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws
