**Profile
As a
**Jordan Retail Store Lead**, the mission will be to build the bond between the consumer and the brand by providing the highest level of service and inspiring with powerful brand stories adapted to the retail setting.
The
**Store Lead** will utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
**to assist in coordinating work of other store employees**, handle more c
**omplex transactions or customer service situations**,
**assist managers** in conducting formal onboarding and training programs for store employees, provide expertise in one or more areas or functions, seek ongoing training and education to further develop expertise.
This leader will also have a deep connection to the Jordan Brand along with a strong interest in

**streetwear culture**.
**Responsibilities
In addition to shared leadership responsibilities, the Store Lead will focus on one of three Areas of Expertise where they will gain critical experiences to help propel their growth and development:

With the consumer at the heart of everything we do, the Store Lead will help shape how world-class service looks throughout the store, bringing the Jordan experience—both physical and digital—to life for consumers every step of the way.

In this role, the Store Lead will ensure the store is staffed with amazing people by attracting, assessing, and onboarding future teammates.
In addition, they will equip store employees with the tools they need to be successful in their day-to-day tasks.
Most importantly, the Store Lead will help foster a vibrant, inclusive, and fun work culture.
- **Product Life Cycle**.
From receiving in the stockroom to visual merchandising on the sales floor, the Store Lead will make sure that the consumer always has access to the right product at the right time.
**Qualifications
- 1 year of retail and/or consumer service experience;
- High School Diploma as the minimum level of education;
- Ability to communicate English;
- Flexibility and willingness to work during the week, weekends and holidays based on business;
- Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to become Jordan members;
- Digital literacy desire to learn and adapt to technology needs with agility.
