Mode Search is partnering with a prestigious premium fashion brand to find an experienced Store Manager to lead its Milan boutique.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing team to provide outstanding service.

This role requires a commercially astute leader with a deep understanding of premium retail, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities:Oversee all store operations, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining operational excellence. Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering long-term relationships through personalised service and clienteling. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring a culture of excellence and collaboration. Implement sales strategies and utilise key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive commercial success. Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, in line with brand guidelines. Oversee stock management and inventory control to optimise efficiency and product availability. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure continuous growth and development. Ensure full compliance with company policies, payroll processes, and operational procedures. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the brand's values and positioning within the market. Requirements:Proven experience in premium or luxury retail management, with a strong background in store leadership. A sales-driven mindset, with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering commercial growth. Expertise in clienteling and building relationships with high-net-worth clientele. A dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate. In-depth knowledge of retail operations, KPIs, and performance analytics. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
