We are currently looking for a Store Manager for our new flagship store in Milano that will open in December.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and the sales staff and for ensuring the achievement of the business targets (sales and Ebitda) defined by the Company.
You will act as a Brand Ambassador to promote our Brand, offering clients the most accurate service, in line with the Company's procedures and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving and maximizing the store performance to consistently achieve the profitability goals, ensuring and maintaining high operational and merchandising standards.
Providing an exceptional customer experience to our clientele, promoting and selling products identifying our customers' needs.
Continously liaising with the Corporate Office to provide and identify any relevant feedback and strategy to increase sales and customers'oriented initiatives.
Ensuring the correct implementation of the CRM plans as defined by the Corporate functions.
Monitoring store visits results and mistery shopping, including competitors's performances and initiatives.
Implementing all the retail procedures, including returns, cash operations, grooming and Retail Excellence programs.
Preparing and analyzing store kpi's and daily performance results to challenge the Store business plan.
Leading and developing the sales team to ensure that all visual merchandising and brand guidelines are embodied within the store Coaching the store team, creating an effective and collaborative work environment.
Participating in all the trainings as required to ensure the Brand image is maintained.
Profilo
Fluency in Italian and English.
Other languages are considered a plus
Worked in a multi-cultural luxury client facing retail environment with a minimum of 5 years of experience (preferably in the Monte Napoleone area).
Strong team player
Proven sales skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience in attainable luxury, Jewellery/Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands
