In more than 30 years, COCO-MAT has managed to expand its presence, from Greece to a global network of stores in more than 20 countries, while has branched out beyond the manufacturing and retailing of premium quality handmade natural mattresses to the hospitality industry. About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Milan.
You will manage all retail activities, from sales and customer service to staff management and store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining COCO-MAT's premium brand standards.
This role requires a strategic, results-driven leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills, ideally with experience in luxury retail. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelinesTrain and coach the team to ensure every customer interaction reflects COCO-MAT's values of hospitality, knowledge-sharing, and quality. Cultivate relationships with high-end clientele by providing personalized, concierge-level serviceEnsure proactive and timely after-sales follow-upEnsure that all processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standardsPrepare and submit regular reports on sales performanceCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.
