Store Manager
Seven for all Mankind** is looking for an experienced results driven **Retail Store Manager** to be responsible for the overall store management of our store in Rome.
**Primary Accountabilities
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet KPI's by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff and ensure that all brand values are understood including product knowledge and seasonal messages
- Responsible for the achievement of store inventory shrink targets
- Ensure that all staff are trained on retail policies and that those are adhered to the company standard
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Be responsible for carrying out all staff appraisals and counselling/disciplinary procedures, in conjunction with management and HR Department
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Carry out and maintain all health and safety requirements and ensure the store is operated as a safe working area in accordance with local legislation.
- Observe all procedures with regard to securing the premises, staff, company monies and stock
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Manage and oversee all cash handling and banking procedures in store are followed according to company policies and procedures
- Ensure all company administration is kept up-to-date and relevant information passed on to Head Office in timely manner
- Knowledge of stock and all aspects of running the store from till operation to stock replenishment and petty cash purchases.
- Be fully competent in the operation of the POS System and utilize report facilities to analyze business needs
- Up to date knowledge and understanding of current fashion trends and knowledge of all current in store stock
**Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Retail management or similar will be considered a plus
- 3 years' of Retail Store management experience
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Business orientation & network skills
- In-depth market & product knowledge
- Centric customer approach and able to provide a premium selling experience
- Successfully leading skills and ability to mentor/coach team members
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Retribuzione: a partire da €32. 000, 00 all'anno
