Store Manager
COCO-MAT group, an innovative Greek company in the field of natural sleep, is looking for a highly energetic, passionate, and responsible new member for its Retail Sales team and specifically for the position of:

In more than 30 years, COCO-MAT has managed to expand its presence, from Greece to a global network of stores in more than 20 countries, while has branched out beyond the manufacturing and retailing of premium quality handmade natural mattresses to the hospitality industry.
About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in Milan.
You will manage all retail activities, from sales and customer service to staff management and store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining COCO-MAT's premium brand standards.
This role requires a strategic, results-driven leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills, ideally with experience in luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines. Train and coach the team to ensure every customer interaction reflects COCO-MAT's values of hospitality, knowledge-sharing, and quality. Cultivate relationships with high-end clientele by providing personalized, concierge-level service. Ensure proactive and timely after-sales follow-up. Ensure that all processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.
). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in luxury retail management. Experience in coaching and developing staff to enhance their skills and ensure high performance. Strong organizational skills with experience in store operations. Strong ability to foster a collaborative team environment while driving individual accountability. Skills that are required for the role: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
