To boost the team in our Wolford boutique we are looking for a committed, highly motivated, and fashion-conscious personality as our new Bozen Store Manager.

As Store Manager within our boutiques, you will represent the company and the Wolford brand.

You will be responsible for managing and leading your boutique and for the processes needed to meet predefined revenue, profitability, and quality targets.

YOUR TASKS: - Offering sensitive advice and close support to our international clientele

- Creating an exceptional sales experience

- Motivating, accompanying, and developing the sales team

- Ensuring a successful visual merchandising philosophy

- Organising, planning, and handling the annual stocktaking process

YOUR PROFILE: - You have exceptional sales skills and a clear focus on sales

- You are highly committed and dependable even in stressful situations

- You have excellent communication skills in English

- You ideally have experience in the service sector

- You have a self-reliant and proactive personality with a great sense of responsibility
