**Responsibilities**:

- Promoting a teamwork-oriented environment featured by the highest customer service standards

- Achieving/exceeding sales objectives and targets and building relationships with local and international clients

- Drive sales through effective merchandising, exceptional customer service, and strategic sales initiatives

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years management experience in luxury fashion house, preferably manswear, strong passion for refine quality of fabrics and craftmanship

- Able to thrive the business, strong experience of german market, able to develop and implement business strategies

- Dymanic leader, focus on clientelling and CRM, event organizer, tailoring specialist

**Offering**:

- Salary up to €50K depending on experience
