**STORE MANAGER - Champagne Bar Serravalle (AL)**:

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our Champagne Bar inside the Serravalle Designer Outlet.

**Tasks**:

Management of a team of people in order to guarantee the productivity of the store.

Staff shift planning and responsibility for the local income statement.

Application of company procedures, maintenance of the required service standards.

Verification of compliance with regulations and laws in terms of hygiene, quality and safety.

Development of new business opportunities and new Food & Beverage proposals, in agreement with company management.

Assistance to corporate functions in matters of recruiting and training.

**Requirements**:

Car owner

Knowledge of Italian and English

Previous experience in the catering sector

Previous experience in leading a team of people
