For our Outlet Store in Cornuda (Treviso province), we are now looking for a brilliant and motivated Store Manager. As an MMG Store Manager, we want you to embody our values while achieving objectives in terms of sales and business growth and delivering unparalleled customer service. We count on you to offer the full brand experience to our consumers, develop the team's potential, and supervise all store operations to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency. Your role as a Store Manager will be crucial to the store's success on a daily basis.

A mountain and outdoor lover with a strong connection to alpinism, trekking, and/or outdoor lifeA strong team player with a talent for inspiring peopleSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniquesGood customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skillsA minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sport/lifestyle retailFlexibility and availability to work full-timeA good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in the main MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. Knowledge of French is considered a plus.

POSITION: Place of Work: Cornuda, ITALYFULL TIME/PART TIME: Full Time, 40h/week. Availability to work on some Sundays as well as on selected festive days will be required. The starting wage for the position is 31. 5K€ + meal ticket + yearly variable bonus upon objectives.
