**Description
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an IKONO location.
Making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
She/He is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is prompt and efficient.
Ensure all products and displays are marketed effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
Anticipate staffing needs and develop a recruitment strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.
In addition, being responsible for optimizing costs and maintaining the financial organization of the space.
**Responsibilities
- Maintain financial responsibility for all localization expenses.
- Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
- Create and maintain a weekly report of operations and sales in the branch.
- Hire and train all branch employees.
- Make staff schedules month by month and organize vacations.
- Ensure the perfect maintenance of the premises.
- Incident management on a day-to-today basis.
- Weekly/quarterly inventory of materials and products for sale.
- Daily cash reports.
- Monitor and ensure employee performance.
- Contact and hire suppliers.
- Time control and constant updating of the hours bag.
- Constant communication with the administrative department for managing invoices, payments, hiring and payroll.
- Management of reservations and logistics of visitors entering the establishment.
**Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or experience in the business branch (Human Resources/Management. . . ).
- 4 years of experience in customer service.
- 2+ years of experience in team management.
- Experience hiring and training personnel.
- Experience and knowledge on customer service.
- Fluency in English -minimum level C1.
- Resolute person in the face of the challenges that arise day by day.
- Team Worker.
- Able to work under pressure.

- Willing to be relocated to Madrid for the first month.
