Store Manager
Job Title: Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager Location: Flexibility across India Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team.
As Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
This role requires a passion for fashion strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management: Oversee daytoday store operations including sales inventory and customer service.
Sales and KPIs: Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
Team Leadership: Recruit train and supervise a team of sales associates.
Team Motivation: Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize team performance and engagement.
Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and optimize profitability.
Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Fashion or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven experience in retail management with a minimum of 35 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Skills: o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of the latest industry trends.
o Resultsoriented and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
o Exceptional problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
o Knowledge of retail software and pointofsale systems.
