Ensures that the team is fully aware and actively committed to achieve key indicators with the goal of improving performance of the boutique and achieve individual goals and store goals.
Anticipates trends to facilitate planning with a strong commercial focus.
Informs the team about company's performance, new initiatives and problem solving.
Connects with Management about planning of new marketing campaigns that reflect the vision of Hype Clothinga to achieve KPI goals.
Awareness around market trends that may influence performance, understand future customer's initiatives and observe local competitor's activities.
Strong commercial attention with the goal of improving the business.
Ensures that the team provide exceptional service standards and exceed customer's expectations in every interactions, following company's service procedure.
Supports the team in building, developing and maintaining customer's database ensuring repeated visits to create loyalty.
Ensures the proficiency of the boutique following guidance and procedures provided.
Leads by example providing the right behavior with customers, the team and they are always a point of reference for the rest of the boutique.
Accountable for customers complaint while resolving them successfully and in a timely manner.
Manages stock when requested.
Ensures stockroom accuracy by periodic checks.
Observes and provides feedback to the team making sure that product presentation reflects the high standards of Hype Clothinga and that the tidiness of the store are maintained throughout the day.

Profilo
At least 2 years of experience as Store Manager or Store Manager Assistant
Great verbal and writing communications skills
Fluent English, other languages are appreciated
Skills in using several apps and different types of technology
Critical thinker with business acumen
Knowledge about street wear/luxury market, customer service and fashion in general.
Being able to successfully manage different challenges and different priorities.
Seeks opportunities to be proactive to prevent issues that impact the boutique and the team.
Shows respect, leadership skills, and regularly exceed expectations.
Shows innovation and spirit of initiative.
