Store Manager
Byblos, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Store Manager for our flagship store in Via della Spiga, Milan.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the luxury sector and be able to manage every aspect of the store with competence, passion, and precision. Key Responsibilities: • Complete operational management of the store: Coordinate the daily organization of the store, ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
• Leadership and team management: Motivate, train, and supervise staff, creating a positive and productive work environment.
• Inventory and supply management: Ensure optimal management of stock, inflows, and outflows, maintaining an accurate inventory tailored to the store's needs.
• High-level Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exclusive and personalized service, aligned with Byblos's values and standard of excellence.
• Store management system supervision: Oversee financial operations, including daily accounting, reporting, and performance analysis of the store.
• Analysis and reporting: Monitor sales and KPIs, developing strategies to continuously improve the store's performance.
• Visual merchandising: Curate the store's display with a critical eye and aesthetic taste, in line with the brand's identity.
• Managing relationships with VIP clients and client development: Maintain and develop lasting relationships with the brand's most important customers.
Essential Requirements: • Extensive experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in managing stores in the luxury fashion sector.
• Exceptional organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, always maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership skills: Experience in managing and motivating teams, with a results-oriented approach.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Emotional intelligence: Ability to understand and manage interpersonal dynamics, both with the team and customers, to foster a positive work environment and an extraordinary customer experience.
• Customer and service-oriented: Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data and reports to make strategic decisions.
• Passion for fashion and luxury: A deep understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market. Preferred Qualifications: • Language skills: Fluent English is preferred; other languages are a plus.
• Education: A degree in economics, management, or fashion is considered an advantage.
