For our outlet Store in Fidenza, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager.
The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for achieving commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team and successful management of the product, with a specific focus on leading the staff and managing sales and operational issues. Responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, managing client relations, and anticipating customers' needs. The Store Manager will also assist with sales and motivate the team to drive sales in order to reach corporate goals.
As Store Manager, he/she will play an important role in creating the right culture, developing and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and convey the proper image of our extraordinary brand.
Main Responsibilities:Develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives, ensuring the application of OTB standards (Selling Ceremony, Visual guidelines, Grooming standards, procedures, etc. ). Maintain momentum towards long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while developing strategic plans to achieve long-term store and organizational goals. Analyze CRM data, propose in-store CRM activities using the data, and implement activities to win new customers and retain existing ones. Network with department stores, shopping areas, and neighborhood stores to exchange information. Establish and maintain a safety management system for the store facility, stocks, and equipment. Respond properly in the event of disasters (earthquakes, fires, typhoons, thefts, etc. ). Plan and implement sales objectives on a daily and monthly basis. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching. Streamline workflow and create staff shifts. Ensure stores are properly cleaned and maintained (windows, furniture, lighting, etc. ). Analyze and report on sales, competitors, regional and market trends, and other variables. Set up and maintain effective VMD based on VMD guidelines. Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above. At least 4 years of previous Store Management experience, preferably in a luxury brand. English knowledge is a must. Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and build respectful working relationships. Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and results-driven. Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and feedback skills. Passion for the Brand. Digital awareness and interest, with an ability to comfortably navigate social media and e-commerce sites. Other information: Hours: full-time. Availability to work on shifts from Monday to Sunday.
