Your Responsibilities At C&A Results: Lead top line sales.

Achieve proposed sales results, identify and optimize sales opportunities, ensure follow-up and analysis of KPIs, providing continuous feedback to Central Services and DM.

Commercial Management: Commercial initiative to increase sales, optimizing the presentation of priority products at all times.

Excellent execution of commercial guidelines.

Define priorities and plan tasks to ensure the execution of proposed guidelines.

Optimize presentation based on available stock in-store, LMM applied in the 4 modules (unloading - selection and distribution -, replenishment, reservation, fitting room organization).

Visual Merchandising: Ensure the implementation of visual guidelines at all times with a critical spirit.

Each commercial campaign executed 100% before the start of the campaign opening.

The manager ensures the correct layout and adjacency daily following the guidelines sent and taking care of the commercial moment.

Customer: Responsible for training the team and ensuring the basics of AC (welcome, visibility, and availability) and Smile & Solution at all times.

Ensure a sales-oriented attention making the customer shopping experience unique.

Must be an example for the team.

Competition Analysis: Must be aware of market trends and regularly visit competitors.

Team: Achieve a high level of motivation in the team, guiding them according to the company's P&C policy: valuing, training, and engaging with energy.

Provides feedback to ensure professional development for each and maintains clear expectations for all.

Daily meetings (briefing with the team) and weekly (with store managers) to establish results-oriented priorities.

Responsible for planning resources and their needs throughout the year based on sales flows, ensuring training and the correct level of development.

Prepares the annual training plan based on individual needs and general priorities and follows its execution and registration.

Procedures: Know and apply the procedures and guidelines established by the company and ensure compliance by the teams.

Ensure the defined occupational risk prevention plan.

Communications: Ensure smooth and fruitful communication with suppliers, shopping center managers, competitors, and internal people: SSCC, managers, and team, oriented towards achieving objectives.

Communication must be open, transparent, assertive, and empathetic, ensuring the values and leadership principles of C&A.

Planning and Control of Expenses and Hours: Responsible for planning and controlling expenses and the hourly productivity of the team, contributing to achieving store profitability.

Strong commercial sense (presence on the sales floor 95%).

Solid experience in fashion sales.

Experience of over 3-5 years in a similar position.

Knowledge of the English language.

Knowledge of the Spanish language is considered a plus.
