Store Operations Admin
The Store Operations Admin collaborate for all activities related to packaging, store, and delighting tools by cooperating in the entire process to guarantee in time the right tools to the right location being the point of contact with the internal stakeholders and external suppliers for all the administrative matters, directly taking care of the WW purchases orders, data entry, and official reporting.
Furthermore, he/she helps to support the logistics activities for the materials handling at WW level.
**Profile**:
With regards to packaging, store tools (those tools used for selling ceremony or to enrich guest in-store experience), delighting tools:
- Collaborate in collecting Store's needs in terms of functionalities and occasion of use for packaging, store tools, and delighting tools.
- Support implementing store tools design and help in defining brief on new tools, in collaboration with other Functions (e. g.
Brand Image)
- Cooperate in activating Supply Chain Logistics for delivery/import requirements and authorization.
- Participate, in collaboration with Procurement functions, in the management of all the administrative activities with the external suppliers (i. e.
supplier codification on Procurement Portal, module, terms, and conditions, payments, etc.
), being the point of contact with their administrative offices.
- Help in defining brief on new tools (packaging, store, and delighting tools) for suppliers.
- Collaborate with the manager and Procurement function for the definition of price lists related to agreed services/goods and collect Product Composition Documents and for the collection of Product Composition Documents.
- Cooperates for new suppliers' registration and product/article codification on management tools (PROJ, PLM, LG ERP SAP), for its product standard cost update and for seasonality update.
- Is responsible for the stock level monitoring.
- Support the manager to collect packaging, store tools, and delighting tools quantity needed by Regions and Stores, building a correct quantity forecast.
- Consolidate the forecast for all channels (Retail, Franchising, WS, E-Commerce, PR seeding, etc. )
to be shared with Supply Chain Logistics and Procurement.
- Collaborate for order collection/replacement and order entry on management tools (PROJ, SAP SD) and for the order sending to LP Supply Chain and/or external suppliers.
- Support on the product/article production management, monitoring the correct performance in terms of timing of the supplier production processes, and verifying the quality of the product/article.
- Support the manager in shipping priorities, confirming delivery dates to all channels.
- In collaboration with Supply Chain Logistics, coordinate and monitors shipping, including check of combo products.
- Manage replenishment and consolidation.
