Store People And Culture Manager
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVEMinimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience and minimum of 3 years in leadership role as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a multinational contextPreferably experience in Retail Mass Market or Operational, Logistics and Supply Chain sectorProven record of developing people and organizationStrong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at different levelsPassionate about business and people with a strong belief in individuals' potentialGood knowledge about the rights and obligations of workers and employers, and how to mediate the relationship between workers, employing entities, trade unions and the governmentAbility to implement long-term plans according to set budgets and goalsAbility to work independently, take own initiatives, and be a team playerDemonstrate ability to use different leadership styles appropriatelyKnowledge of identifying, assessing, encouraging and ensuring co-workers' performance against organizational and individual goalsAbility to govern and manage partnership models responsiblyKnowledge of anticipating, identifying and developing potential successors for key positionsGood knowledge of Italian and English languagesWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAYYou are a business partner and a contributor for the Unit Management Team and lead the unit People and Culture team to secure People strategies are locally implemented into action. Act as a P&C business partner to the Market Manager on all People topicsLead and develop the unit P&C team to provide excellent co-worker experienceEnsure the people strategy, global principles/guidelines as localized by the Country P&C team and relevant business plans are operationally implementedInfluence unit management team to continuously develop local leadership capabilitiesSupport the building of local business competence & performance by setting and working on relevant goalsEnsure delivery of learning & training at unit levelEnsure local employer communication is consistent and builds on the IKEA brandSecure an up-to-date succession process and plan by influencing the managersResponsible for implementation of co-worker relations planTogether with the Business Navigation Manager, responsible for the distribution of budget hours between the unit departmentsWORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDSBeing part of the IKEA team has many benefits.
