The resource will be included in the Store Planning Department, he/she will support the Store Planning Director and the team in the activities related to the management of the Store projects.

In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:

**- Support to the activities related to the management of WW projects of expansions, renewals and new openings in the Retail and Wholesale channels

- Support to the creation and analysis of the projects with a focus on timing and costs

- Support to the creation of data analysis tools

- Support to the analysis and budgeting activities

- Support to the procurement activities (relations with suppliers, samples, price lists analysis and comparisons, etc.

)

- Preparation of graphics and presentations

- Participation to the process of Stores' realization (management of the construction site, suppliers, etc.

)

- Participation to the logistic phases of the projects (support to the management of orders' timing)

- Support to the management of the contacts with the Regions

Management and implementation of the database

**Profile**:

- Master's Degree in Architecture or Real Estate Engineering

- Interest for the management of the complex constructive processes with a focus on quality, timing and costs

- IT abilities (use of PC, in particular Excel and Power Point; the knowledge of Autocad, Adobe, 3D programs is a plus)

- Fluent English (both spoken and written)

- Analysis and synthesis ability

- Team working attitude and flexibility

- Problem Solving, precision, attention to the details
