MISSION

He/She ensures the correct development of all aspect of the projects - this includes the direct control and responsibility of other aspects such as procurement, administration and logistic.

He/She is also responsible for hiring and managing external consultants as architects and engineers, contractors and direct vendors, handle costs, scheduling and check quality of projects throughout the entire process of planning and construction.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervise and coordinate all architectural and construction activities involved with the creation, renovation or light renovation of a new boutique;

- Evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timings;

- Collect start-up information from corporate and local parties (Retail Managers, Wholesale Clients etc. )

to develop the design in accordance with company commercial requirements;

- Establish contacts with external parties to get location drawings, guidelines and all other necessary technical start-up information;

- Coordinate with designers to prepare layouts to match planned retail sales and organize internal review with all corporate and local team involved;

- Monitor capex and cost report regularly along the project development;

- Organize general contractors and millwork contractors bidding, evaluate tender documents and coordinate work assignments;

- Oversee the management of all direct vendors orders and shipments;

- Review consultants and contractors drawings to ensure consistence with projects and concepts;

- Visit construction sites and prepare reports;

- Supervise punch list activities till completion.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education: Degree in Architecture or Costruction Engineering

- Work experience as project manager, 3/5 years of experience inside comparable luxury international companies or similar

- Computer skills: AutoCAD, Photoshop, Office

- Problem solving

- Detail oriented

- Multitasking

- Decision making - able to work independentl but also collaboratively with cross functional teams

- Self-motivated

- Fluent in English and Italian
