**Your role**:

**What you will do**:

- Supporting Store Manager in delivering KPI's and implementing profit opportunities

- Providing daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance

- Monitoring KPIs and teams' performance by running reports and updating the Store Manager on action plans

- Controlling costs and store operations such as stock management, payroll, admin and team planning

- Inspiring, motivating and developing your team through training, coaching and product knowledge

- Taking on the responsibility of the store in the Store Manager's absence

- Ensuring strong visual standards across the store

**Experience & qualifications you will bring**:

- Previous work experience in a Premium Retail industry

- Strong customer service skills and previous experience in leading and developing a team

- Experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within a fast - paced retail environment

- Previous experience in managing store operations, stock and admin duties

- Understanding of visual merchandising approach

- Used to work on flexible opening hours

- Must have excellent communication, planning and organizational skills

- Must have strong analytical skills, must be able to use financial and sales data

- Passionate about the brand and living our values

- Must have a strong brand awareness and product knowledge

- Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
