**JOB PURPOSE
The Stores Finance Operations Manager will be part of the Finance Department and s/he will be responsible to guide projects and to participate in Group initiatives impacting Finance team on the retail processes, with great interdependencies with other corporate functions such as Retail Innovation, Retail & Store Operations, IT and Digital. - S/he will support the analysis and implementation of projects and activities with a direct impact on stores accounting processes, warehouse accounting and procedures to be followed at Group Level.
The goal is to validate and assure consistency and compliancy with the group policies for all the Prada Group stores, from a financial perspective.
One of the main roles of the team is to define and coordinate financial procedures at Group Level that govern the store operations in order to respect the standards established within the organization.
The team is working at HQ level and it ensures also the harmonization across the group brands and countries managed. -
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all aspects of Stores Finance Operations Projects including analysis, delivery, monitoring and post go-live support.
- Management of multiple projects and tasks according to the priorities established by the Group.
- Analysis and validation of multi-department activities from a financial point of view.
- Manage the relationship across different departments addressing the topics to correct stakeholders.
- Manage and build relationships with external stakeholders and company providers in the banking and payment landscape.
- Self-adaptation to company changes and proactive learning of new technology trends is required.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Proven track-record to lead and problem solving attitude in a fast-paced and problem-solving environment- Excellent communication and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments through, face to face, oral and Presentations- Curious, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a results-driven, dynamic and tenacious approach- Proficiency to embrace change and react in a flexible manner whilst not compromising on quality- Team-worker with good interpersonal and communication skills- Experience in an administration and finance department of a luxury company is crucial. - A good knowledge and a positive attitude towards technology and IT topics is considered a plus. - Excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint- Fluent in English and Italian
