Transparency is a strategic software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry.

We are focused on building a global service which allows brands and consumers to trace the origin of items throughout the supply chain, ensuring only authentic items enter the supply chain.

The Transparency service is focused on preventing the receipt and sale of counterfeit goods both online and offline.

Our customers include individual consumer brands who sell both on and off of Amazon direct and through a network of direct and third-party sellers.

Role: A Transparency Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a book of accounts (brands/manufacturers) to the Transparency service, ensuring a successful on-boarding transition and ongoing usage of the service.

As part of this role you will also work with brands during the implementation phase as an adviser and project manager ensuring a smooth operational brand experience.

You will build relationships with your brands to better understand their needs and how Transparency can help protect and grow their business.

You will also have a great deal of influence on streamlining operational processes by documenting best practices, writing wiki guides, and advising our product management team on features that will enable self-service.

The role will offer a set of repeatable tasks as well as ambiguous tasks that require decision making and consulting with brands as they move from initial operational readiness to full product protection.

Role based in Germany, Munich.

Key job responsibilities

- Manage a pipeline of 60-100 of our biggest Brands (accounts)

- Increase adoption of Transparency with these Brands by delivering on sales targets

- Consult Brands on supply chain best practices related to product serialization

- Create and deliver projects that improve the Brand experience, reduce operational complexity, and advance the mission of Transparency

Meetings/Calls with Brands to drive further enrollment of their catalog in Transparency

Operational reviews and consultations to help your brands realize the full benefit of Transparency and overcome logístical challenges

Resolving tickets with internal stakeholders

Counterfeit escalations
